Looking for an automotive event venue or somewhere unique to launch your new product? With ample space for vehicles inside the Main Threshing Barn and Long Barn, there is also further capacity for vehicle storage and display within our Covered Yard complex. And with unloading and turning areas for transporters and a fully compliant valeting facility, you'll find we really have thought of everything. What's more, we offer totally exclusive use of all areas so you can present your vehicles in the best possible light across both barns. We also boast superfast fibre broadband inside the two main adjoining barns, keeping even the most discerning journalists happy.
Electric provisions within the Covered Yard Barn (suitable for vehicle prep, overnight storage and green laning/soft roading departure point) include the following:
- Own new dedicated single phase 20kVA supply, and can offer the following for electric vehicle charging:
- 12 x gang (double) sockets suitable for the vehicles own charging cables at floor level.
- A further 12 x single sockets also available at head height.
- 16Amp & 32Amp connections.
- Rolec WallPod providing a 7.2 kW commercial supply (mode 3 fast charge). A further 21 x 7.2 kW fast chargers are available (subject to availability). These can be powered by a biofuel solar hybrid generator.
We guarantee the highest level of privacy located as we are amid an inspiring, idyllic and practical setting helping to create a bespoke corporate event with a difference your delegates will notice.
Furthermore, as an Organic registered farm and eco-friendly venue (including Air to Air heat source, sheeps wool insulation and grey water recycling), our premises is ideal for launches looking to highlight their hybrid, electric and renewable credentials.

On hand throughout your event are experienced onsite event managers overseeing all elements including delivery of vehicles, catering, off-road course maintenance, AV equipment and accommodation - 24 hour on site security, CCTV cameras and an industrial security gate keep your vehicles safe overnight.
Recent clients include Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, Skoda, Volvo, Hyundai & SsangYong. Our venue is ideal for soft and off roading, green-laning and 4x4/4WD courses as well as scenic road testing routes. The 4x4 test track is perfect for showcasing vehicles' capabilities to delegates before moving onto picturesque country lanes and main roads. Our course can be adapted to suit your requirements - up to 8 miles around the 200 acres of farmland.
A wide variety of catering is available; popular choices include breakfast, rolling lunches, hot buffets and canapé receptions. Tea/coffee/glass bottled water and soft drink stations are also available.
